The Allouez Council meets at St. Pius X Church's Farrell Hall in Rock Island. The Grand Knight for 2008-2009 is Louis Alongi. You can contact the Knights (Financial Secretary - Tom Lawrence) by phone at 309-788-4642 , or by email at:

thursday of month, 7:00 pm at St. Pius X Farrell Hall.
Allouez
Council was
founded in 1902 through the efforts of the Dr. J.P. Cometys, T.F.
LaVelle, J.T. Shields, J. Geiger, E.J. Burns and H.V. Burns.
It is named after Reverend Claude Jean Allouez, who was a famous
missionary Jesuit during the 17th Century in Illinois. The Allouez
Council works
closely with St. Pius X and other local parishes, providing funds
for various projects with council members being
active
participants in their parishes.
